THÉÂTRE DE THIAIS

Rehabilitation and extension of the René Panhard municipal theatre in Thiais to improve audience comfort, redesign the stage area and enhance the building’s heritage value. It notably includes the following interventions:

• The creation, by underpinning, of an additional level intended to accommodate a rehearsal room, convivial spaces for artists and technicians, theatre storage areas, and sanitary facilities

• The addition, in superstructure, of an extra volume including a stage tower resized in depth and height + a functional grid and its equipment, dressing rooms on 2 levels, and vertical circulation by lift providing dual-service access to 4 levels.
• The refurbishment of the entrance hall
