A Beautiful and Happy New Year 2026!

At a time when human genius is seeking new forms of assistance from intelligences it has itself invented, the profusion of sources made available to us creates a confusion in which authenticity becomes a central issue. Authenticity is the certainty that a source is faithful to the truth and not an invention or a distortion. Its Greek prefix indicates the involvement of a person, of an author.

The multiplication of truths proclaimed here and there, added to the falsifications that have become an international sport, explains the doubt and scepticism of populations at the end of 2025.

Architecture, a concrete discipline in which any form of deception immediately discredits its designer, appears here as a responsible practice. It is our duty to present with integrity our ideas, our convictions and the built solutions that derive from them.
