Renovation, rehabilitation and extension of the theatre, with particular attention paid to regulatory, organizational, environmental and energy issues.
The renovation project for the Théâtre des Sources is structured around major interventions carried out both in the stage areas and in the reception and service areas, in compliance with regulatory, organizational, environmental and energy targets. It includes:
The creation of a 150 m² rehearsal room matching the dimensions of the main stage and able to accommodate up to 50 people, structurally linked to the redesign of the auditorium in favour of a new flat-floor modularity, where a requalified sightline profile allows capacities ranging from 488 seated places to 790 standing spectators through the retention of the balcony combined with a telescopic stand.
The transformation of the foyer-bar into a warm multifunctional space dedicated both to small-scale performances and to catering.
A requalification of the dressing rooms and the stage facilities, accompanied by acoustic and thermal solutions, placing the building within the framework of the Bâtiment Durable Francilien label – Silver level, the Pacte Fibois, and compliance with the Tertiary Decree.
