Inauguration of Quai 3
Le Pecq (78)
After two years of construction work, the “Quai 3” community hall in Le Pecq was reopened on October 10th, 2025 for new adventures. This distinctive venue in the 1930s ocean liner style has been revitalized by Clé Millet, combining heritage restoration with a complete redesign of its scenographic system: mechanization of stage equipment, creation of a balcony walkway, reconfiguration of seating tiers, introduction of modularity in the main floor through retractable seating, addition of an extension convertible into a stage apron or orchestra pit using a scissor platform, and integration of rehearsal spaces and dressing rooms beneath the hall volume to enhance its versatility.
From an energy standpoint, external thermal insulation that respects the stylistic identity, combined with air treatment provided by a heat pump, supports a resolutely environmental approach.
Beyond perfect visibility, spectator comfort benefits from generously sized seating within an interior architecture where the luminous skylight with original patterns has regained its place, proof that heritage enhancement can be compatible with the most advanced technical solutions.
