Transformation of a mansion into an office building
The building is a former private mansion converted into an office building. A rehabilitation campaign was carried out between 2013 and 2014 to address the necessary modernization of interior and exterior spaces, including technical installations such as electricity and HVAC systems.
The main challenge was to preserve the heritage and architectural character of the building while incorporating the constraints related to the uses of a 5th category ERP (Establishment Receiving the Public) and offices.
