SALLE JACQUES BREL

Gonesse (95)

Renovation and rehabilitation of the Jacques Brel community hall.

The renovation of the Jacques Brel hall is structured around one objective: to transform the community hall into an attractive venue by opening it up to all associative, professional and festive activities likely to strengthen its reach. To this end, the project focuses on visibility, flexibility-versatility and adaptation to the environmental requirements of the present day.

The building will be clad in a durable material thanks to standing-seam cladding, allowing for external thermal insulation (ETICS) suited to dynamic day-and-night signage, adaptable according to events. Combined with the replacement of the heating and ventilation systems, it supports ambitious environmental goals and integrates a photovoltaic roof covering.

The internal layout is optimized to separate the flows of audiences, artists and technicians, and to enhance a versatility adaptable to performances, banquets, exhibitions… without complexity or laborious handling.
