Partial renovation of the Lyric Art Hall: Rémy Pflimlin - Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP)
The Lyric Art Hall, now known as the Salle Rémy Pflimlin, is one of the three public halls of the Paris Conservatoire, a professional higher education institution for music, dance and sound professions, under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, currently welcoming nearly 1,400 students and housed in the West building of the Cité de la Musique, designed by architect Christian de Portzamparc.
This hall, which had not undergone any works since its construction in 1990, was the subject of a partial renovation campaign carried out while the building remained in operation (with staff and public present). Maintaining the full operation of the building was therefore a priority objective.
