Renovation of the building housing the Confederation of French Medical Trade Unions (CSMF), located at 79 Rue de Toqueville in the 17th arrondissement of Paris
The renovation project primarily involves creating a Public Service Establishment (ERP) on the ground floor of the building to provide the CSMF with a space to showcase the latest innovations in the medical field. On the ground floor: two reception and training rooms, as well as an auditorium.
On the upper floors: offices to accommodate the expansion of the CSMF team, a start-up incubator as well as rental spaces. The project also aims to enhance safety and accessibility conditions.
In order to address insulation issues in the 1930s building, the exterior walls are being insulated from the inside. In line with the building’s heritage character, the external windows facing the street are being preserved.
All heating and air treatment systems are being upgraded to meet new health and environmental standards.
