THIAIS THEATER

Rehabilitation and extension of the municipal theater René Panhard in Thiais to improve the comfort of spectators, redesign the stage area, and enhance the heritage. It includes the following interventions:

• The creation of an additional underground level to accommodate a rehearsal room, spaces for artists and technicians, theater reserves, and restrooms

• The addition of a superstructure volume, which includes a stage area resized in depth and height + a functional grid and its equipment, dressing rooms on 2 levels, and vertical circulation by elevator for service access on 4 levels
• The requalification of the lobby
