Media Village for the 2024 Olympic Games

The Lot A1 is located in the Media Cluster ZAC, which extends across the municipalities of Dugny, La Courneuve, and Le Bourget, with SOLIDEO (Société de Livraison des Ouvrages Olympiques) as the developer.

The first phase is intended to accommodate journalists and technicians from around the world during the 2024 Olympic Games. A second phase will ensure the project’s sustainability after the Olympic Games.

The project consists of two distinct constructions, arranged in a staggered pattern and treated similarly, using constructive bricks with a structure of R+3 and an emergence of R+7. This cross-shaped organization aims to provide clear views for the residences and the best possible sunlight for all.
