ZAC ARRAS EUROPE LOT 13B

The project involves the construction of 15 individual houses with private gardens facing south and reserved parking in the heart of the block. The design creates a homogeneous urban front while maintaining a sense of individualization through the introduction of volumes set back from public space.

These individual entrance modules serve as a transition between public and private space, encompassing all the functions related to the entrance area.

A break in the linear façade is introduced through a varied arrangement of two typologies of individual houses (T4 and T5) of different heights.
