MEDIA VILLAGE

Lot A1 is located within the ZAC of the Media Cluster, which extends across the municipalities of Dugny, La Courneuve and Le Bourget, and for which SOLIDEO — the Olympic Works Delivery Company — is the urban developer.

A first phase was dedicated to hosting journalists and technicians from around the world during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games; a second phase makes permanent the 21st-century garden-city project, which residents have been enjoying since 2025.

The project consists of two distinct buildings, arranged in a staggered layout and treated in a similar manner, with a building height of R+3 and a taller element rising to R+7.

This crossed arrangement aims to offer the homes the widest possible open views and the best possible sunlight exposure for all.

The façades, designed in structural brickwork, ensure great durability and echo the construction qualities of the heritage of Dugny’s garden cities, in particular that of L’Eguiller.
