Construction of 103 housing units - Sector A of the Media Village (Paris Olympics 2024)
The lot A1 is located in the Planned Development Zone of the Media cluster, spanning the municipalities of Dugny, La Courneuve and Le Bourget, with SOLIDEO (Société de Livraison des Ouvrages Olympiques) as the developer.
The first phase is intended to host journalists and technicians from around the world during the 2024 Olympic Games; a second phase will sustain the project beyond the Olympic Games
The project consists of two distinct buildings, arranged in a staggered formation and treated similarly, using constructive bricks with a 4-stories height and an emergence up to 7 stories.
This crosswise organization aims to provide unobstructed views to the residences and optimal sunlight exposure for all.
